NOMBRAMIENTO DE PERSONAL ESPECIALIZADO PARA ASESORAR AL TRIBUNAL CALIFICADOR EN LAS PRUEBAS FÍSICAS A REALIZAR PARA CUBRIR, MEDIANTE EL SISTEMA DE PROMOCIÓN INTERNA, DE UNA PLAZA DE OFICIAL DE LA POLICÍA LOCAL CORRESPONDIENTE A LA OFERTA DE EMPLEO PÚBLICO DE 2019.

Considerando lo dispuesto en el Decreto 494/2019, de 8 de abril, de rectificación de las Bases de la  convocatoria para el acceso a una plaza de Oficial de la Policía Local de Ayuntamiento de Villafranca de los Barros, mediante el sistema de promoción interna (OEP 2019) aprobada por Resolución 369/2019, de 19 de marzo.

En la Base Séptima: "Procedimiento de Selección", respecto de las pruebas físicas, cuyo tenor literal dice: "Para la valoración de estas pruebas se requerirá los servicios de personal especializado, designado por la Alcaldía, […]".

Considerando lo dispuesto en la Ley 7/85 de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, R.D.L. 781/86 de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, Ley 30/84 de 2 de agosto, de Reforma de la Función Pública, R.D. 364/95 por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Administración General del Estado, Ley 2/86 de la Función Pública de Extremadura, así como Real Decreto 896/91, de 7 de junio.

HE RESUELTO:
Primero.- Nombrar a la persona que se cita a continuación para asesorar al Tribunal Calificador, como personal especializado, para las pruebas físicas a realizar para cubrir una Plaza de Oficial de la Policía Local, mediante el sistema de promoción interna (OEP 2019).

Doña Teresa Monzón García.

Segundo.- Citar a Dª. Teresa Monzón García, a las 9:00 horas del día 13 de julio de 2020, en las pistas del Polideportivo de Villafranca de los Barros.

Tercero.- Dar publicidad a la presente resolución mediante su inserción en el Tablón de Anuncios del Ayuntamiento, página web municipal y remisión a los medios de comunicación locales.
