Queridos lectores buenos días ... espero que todos allí donde vivan estén adoptando todas las medidas precisas de seguridad para mantenerse a salvo del covid-19

Hoy os quiero contar sobre una conferencia en la que participé vía Zoom el pasado 9 de Julio... 

Se trataba de la DOP Sierra de Salamanca ...zona que a través de su variedad tinta Rufete ya conocía gracias a mi afán de escudriñar allí donde voy siempre el mundo del vino.. de ahí que ya conociera esta variedad desde 2015 



Recuerdo un tinto crujiente, sabroso de gran carácter ... todo un cúmulo de características que ahora se perfectamente porque sobresalen .. gracias a las explicaciones de Mikel miembro del comité técnico de la DOP Sierra de Salamanca .




Fascinantes explicaciones que me llevaron a comprender mejor esta variedad ... una zona con apenas 9 Bodegas inscritas y con un maravilloso potencial para dar a luz grandes vinos ...








Tierras poseedoras de una historia datada de la época Pre-Romana y que en la actualidad consta de 100 viticultores ... que trabajan con el mayor mimo la tierra.

La tierra de la Rufete tinta y blanca ...del Tempranillo y la Garnacha ... La Viura, Moscatel de grano menudo y Palomino Fino..

Tierras que alumbran vinos producto de un complejo terruño ... y unas viñas viejas que aportan toda su sabiduría ... viñedos en vaso que además completan un paisaje idílico a nuestros ojos... bancales de ensueño que inundan nuestra vista de natural belleza que podemos beber .... una vez transformados  ese paisaje en Vino.. el Vino sello DOP Sierra de Salamanca.
