Protección Civil Y Emergencias Alerta Por Ola De Calor Y Riesgo De Incendios Durante Los Próximos Días

* Durante las jornadas del jueves y el viernes las altas temperaturas afectarán a gran parte de la Península y a las Islas Baleares.
* Limite su exposición al sol y evite la actividad física prolongada en las horas centrales del día. Beba abundante agua o líquidos y tome comidas ligeras y regulares. Utilice ropa de colores claros y protéjase la cabeza.
* Interésese por la población en mayor riesgo como niños, ancianos y personas enfermas.
* Las altas temperaturas pueden favorecer los incendios forestales, por lo que se recuerda la necesidad de extremar las precauciones para evitar su aparición.
* Sanidad mantiene activado el Plan Nacional de Actuaciones Preventivas por Altas Temperaturas para reducir sus efectos asociados.

La Dirección General de Protección Civil y Emergencias del Ministerio del Interior, de acuerdo con las predicciones de la Agencia Estatal de Meteorología (AEMET), alerta por ola de calor y riesgo de incendios durante los próximos días.
Durante las jornadas del jueves y el viernes las altas temperaturas afectarán a gran parte de la Península y a las Islas Baleares.
Las provincias previsiblemente más afectadas durante el jueves, con temperaturas cercanas e incluso superiores a 40ºC, serán: Asturias, Cantabria, Álava, Vizcaya, Guipúzcoa, Navarra, La Rioja, Zaragoza, Lérida, Islas Baleares, Burgos, Granada, Córdoba, Jaén, Guadalajara, Cuenca, Ciudad Real, Toledo, Badajoz y Madrid.
Durante el viernes: Islas Baleares, Córdoba, Sevilla, Jaén, Granada, Murcia, Huesca, Zaragoza, Teruel, Lérida, Valencia, Toledo, Madrid, Navarra y La Rioja.
Las altas temperaturas pueden favorecer los incendios forestales, por lo que se recuerda la necesidad de extremar las precauciones para evitar su aparición.

Recomendaciones
Ante altas temperaturas:
· Limite la exposición al sol.
· Manténgase en lugar bien ventilado.
· Ingiera comidas ligeras y regulares, ricas en agua y sales minerales, como frutas y hortalizas.
· Beba frecuentemente agua o líquidos.
· Vístase con ropa de colores claros, cubriendo la mayor superficie de piel posible y la cabeza.
· Evite ejercicios físicos prolongados en las horas centrales del día.
· Interésese por las personas mayores y enfermas, y aquéllas que vivan solas o aisladas.
· Tenga en cuenta que las altas temperaturas favorecen el riesgo de incendios forestales.

Para prevenir incendios forestales:
· Preste especial atención a las normas de la Comunidad Autónoma sobre prevención de incendios y periodos autorizados para realizar quemas de rastrojos.
· Evite arrojar cigarrillos, basuras y, especialmente, botellas de vidrio que hacen efecto lupa con el sol. Las negligencias provocan gran parte de incendios forestales.
· Se prohíbe encender fuegos u hogueras en el monte y terrenos próximos.
· Acampe sólo en zonas autorizadas, puesto que éstas cuentan con medidas de protección frente a un posible incendio y es más fácil la evacuación.
· Si descubre el fuego en su inicio, avise al 112 inmediatamente.
· En caso de verse sorprendido por un incendio, evite penetrar en el monte o bosque. Vaya siempre por zonas de gran visibilidad y libres de combustible.
· En caso de emergencia por incendio forestal, atienda siempre las indicaciones de las autoridades competentes.
